loads in excess of ten horsepower (10 h.p.) and
less than sixty-five horsepower (65 h.p.) which
meet either of the following conditions: (1) load
has been inactive with no energy usage for the
previous 24 months or (2) load, deemed new construction,
whereas new electrical facilities have been built
to service a previously nonexistent account, and
consumer agrees not to use electric energy at
the load location during the peak demand period
between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Central
Daylight Savings Time on any day during the summer

$0.0661 per kWh
Determination of Demand
Charge:
The demand charge shall be the greater
of $1.25 per horsepower or $7.50 per kilowatt
(KW) demand set during the summer load control
period. The horsepower to be used to figure the
demand charge shall be the motor manufacturers'
nameplate rating. The kilowatt (KW) demand to
be used to figure the demand charge shall be the
maximum KW demand recorded by the Cooperatives'
energy meter during the load control period. The
consumer shall pay this demand charge each month
for the following twelve months.

Oil Well Pumping Load
Control - Existing Loads |
| |
Availability:
The application of this rate schedule is limited
to members of the Cooperative for existing oil
well pumping loads in excess of ten horsepower
(10 h.p.) and less than sixty-five horsepower
(65 h.p.) which agrees not to use electric energy
at the load location during the peak demand period
between the hours of 3:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. Central
Daylight Savings Time on any day during the summer
load control period which is from June 19th through
September 20th. The Cooperative may change the
peak demand period upon 60 days written notice
to the consumer.
Types of Service:
Single and/or three-phase, 60 hertz,
at standard voltages.
Energy Charge:
$0.0661 per kWh
Determination of Demand
Charge:
The horsepower to be used to figure the
demand charge shall be the motor manufacturers'
nameplate rating. The kilowatt (Kw) demand to
be used to figure the demand charge shall be the
maximum Kw demand recorded by the Cooperative's
energy meter during the load control period. The
monthly demand charge for an existing OWP load
changing to the OWP load control program shall
be $5.00 per horsepower per month until a demand
charge based on the load control period can be
established. The demand charge set as a result
of the control period is a monthly charge that
the consumer agrees to pay for the next 12 months
beginning with the first billing period following
the end of the summer load control period. Each
year a new demand charge is determined based on
the consecutive number of years the load has been
controled as follows:
1st year controlled
- Greater of $4.00/h.p.
or $7.50/Kw set during control period
2nd year controlled - Greater
of $3.00/h.p.
or $7.50/Kw set during control period
3rd year controlled - Greater
of $2.00/h.p.
or $7.50/Kw set during control period
4th year controlled and thereafter
- Greater of $1.60/h.p.
or $7.50/Kw set during control period
